At The Zen of Dog, LLC every collar is handcrafted and personalized to order, so please read below for how shipping works.

Processing Time

Because each collar is handcrafted and built with your chosen charms once your order is placed, processing time can take up to **14 business days** before your order ships, depending on which charms you've selected. Some charms require additional processing time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship via **FedEx Ground**. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders over **$150** qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your collar's journey to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, processing or shipping may take longer than expected due to high order volume or carrier delays. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
