Every Zen of Dog collar is made to order — hand-built and personalized with your chosen charms permanently set in place. Because each one is custom-made specifically for you and your dog, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once your collar has been created.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your collar arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at info@thezenofdog.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item received. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
