    Every collar leaves complete: each charm's solid sterling silver clasp is fixed in place in your chosen order. Silver softens with opening and closing, so we fix your dog's story in place — a charm that can work loose is a charm that can be lost, or swallowed.

    When you add your build, the collar and each charm go into your cart as their own items at their regular prices, and the collar line carries your full build order — the exact sequence we will fix in place before shipping. Spot counts: XXS & XS — 7 spots total (6 to fill), SM — 9 total (8 to fill), MED — 11 total (10 to fill).
