‘Then’ no longer exists… ‘Now’ is all there is.

Dogs are the undisputed champions of living in the now.

They don’t dwell on the ball they didn’t catch five minutes ago or stress about tomorrow’s vet visit—they’re too busy sniffing every blade of grass like it’s their first time outside.

People, on the other hand, tend to get caught up in the past or future, missing out on the good stuff right in front of them.

If we could channel even half a dog’s ability to be fully present, we’d probably find more joy in the little things—like a sunny day, a good meal, or a wagging tail waiting for us at the door.
